Arbitration Forums, Inc. (AF) is committed to ensuring the needs of our membership are at the center of everything we do. Based on continuous feedback from our membership, AF is pleased to unveil a new look and feel to our Web site. The new look has a lighter, more modern feel and clearly demonstrates the future direction of the AF brand.
As part of this refresh for our Web site, we have introduced a new members only section titled My Arbfile. This new section includes
The login process has also slightly changes with the introduction of the My Arbfile homepage. Members will still be able to login directly from the main homepage, which will then take them to My Arbfile. However, members who have integrated logins will be taken directly to My Arbfile.
To demonstrate this new login process, we have produced a user guide explaining how this new process works and the difference between the two homepages to ensure our members understand how this may impact their process. Please click here to view the guide.
Members will also notice a difference in the navigation of the site. We have combined both menu structures into one location (top menu bar) that will change depending on where you are on the site. Members will still be able to access both menus using two home buttons titled: Home and My Arbfile.
This is the first step of refreshing the entire Web site from look and feel to navigation. Throughout 2009, we will continue to implement improvements that will enable our members to access the information they are interested in with ease and efficiency.
As an organization, we are dedicated to ensuring our products and services meet the needs of our membership and welcome all of your comments and suggestions about this new design. With your continued support, we hope to build on these successes throughout 2009. Please send any comments or suggestions to email@example.com.
Stay tuned throughout 2009 as we continue to implement improvements to our Web site.
